Jev vs LLM Tic-Tac-Toe Performance Test

So I was playing around with @bot and built tic-tac-toe for LLM vs LLM and Jev vs Jev to see the performance. Seems like Jev is good but I cant see drastic optimization. my stack is Cloudflare API Gateway, app running on local, API calls are routed via vite proxy locally.
